An irregular piece of milky amber, beautifully cut to retain its natural form, with visible natural pitting covered by rough natural crust. The piece, set in 925 silver, forms the handle of the opener. The setting is hand-made of silver, partially gilded with 14ct gold. The whole forms an elegant letter opener with a length of 18cm.
